What I say and what I do are sometimes . . . different things. I say things I want to do but don’t always have the . . . drive to do them. I wanted to write about all the movies I see, but I don’t really have that much to say about each one and I am too lazy to get to it anyway.
So oh well, I fell off. Who cares? Nobody! Why? Nobody reads this thing! Am I writing for my own health? Not even! This sucks! I don’t get even one comment from anyone!
O.k., I ranted and raved enough today. Let’s move on . . .
There’s a new movie out right now called “Disturbia.” Ooh, doesn’t it sound scary! Uh, no. It stars Shia Labeouf, you may know him from the thirty or so things he appeared in, and David Morse, from about seventy things he’s appeared in (IMDB), and looks to be a “mild” thriller. I’m not sure if I’ll be seeing this movie at the theaters because, although I have before, I’m not really ambitious about going to the theaters alone.
There was a shooting at Virginia Tech this morning. What a horrible thing. There calling it one of, if not the, worst mass murder sprees ever. The details are still fuzzy I guess.
That’s so far away from here in Arizona. I know that what we see on TV affects us, but I don’t feel like things like that really touch my life. While I might say that’s good because it’s a bad situation, maybe it isn’t.
There is no happiness, without tragedy.
